For the segments, it is also necessary to remove the side burrs and protrusions to ensure that the segment will be more better to adjust the position in the welding process. Then there will be no deviation of the segment during the profiling.
Second, remove the oxide surface. After the segments is produced, it needs to transport, storage and other processes. Therefore, an oxide film will form on the surface. If this oxide film is not removed, it will seriously affect the service life and welding strength of the segment. So polish the welding layer is the right way, this process is often removed during the arcing of the segment. However, if the segment does not need to be arced, we still need to pay attention to the process of removing the oxide surface.
Third, during the welding process, the diamond segment is heated by high-frequency welding, and the welding material is placed between the segment and the base body. After the solder is completely melted, it starts to cool at room temperature. During this process, The control of the temperature and welding time is extremely important because of the stability of the later cutting of the diamond saw blade depends largely on this process.
Fourth, in the process of welding the segment, it is necessary to align the profiling, especially the profiling at the back of the two sides, and then cooling after being heated by high temperature. After profiling the three sides, the saw blade and the left and right sides of the segment begin to align, and the distance from the segment to the center point is also fixed. After completing this profiling process, the entire diamond saw blade has been shaped, and the welding process is basically completed.
Fifth, testing, testing the welding firmness, the condition of the welding surface, and the welding strength of each blade of the welded saw blade. If the diamond blade has an offset problem, it needs to be removed and rewelding again.
